Do the trainers/assessors have a current FAW certificate or qualify for an exemption?Yes, all of the trainers at Skyline Training hold current FAW certificates with no exceptions.

Do the trainers/assessors have an appropriate training/assessing qualification?Yes, here at Skyline Training all of our trainers have the appropriate training and assessing qualifications in accordance with HSE guidelines. Copies of which can been seen upon request.

Is there a documented quality assurance plan designating an individual to take responsibility for quality assurance, including assessment of the performance of trainers/assessors at least annually?Skyline Training offers regulated FAW and EFAW courses through Nuco Training, awarded by the FAA. All training that we offer is quality assured in line with the QA policy of Nuco Training. Is there a documented course evaluation procedure?Yes, Skyline Training insist on all candidates completing a course evaluation upon completion of any course attended.

Is there a documented complaints procedure?Yes, Skyline Training has fully documented complaints procedure which highlights the full progression of complaints and how they will be escalated where necessary.

Is FAW/EFAW taught in accordance with current guidelines on adult basic life support published by the Resuscitation Council (UK), and for other aspects of first aid, in accordance with current guidelines published by the Voluntary Aid Societies or other published guidelines that are supported by a responsible body of medical opinion?Yes, here at Skyline Training all of our courses are fully regulated by external awarding bodies and as such are in accordance with all policies and published guidelines.

Does the course content adequately meet the needs of your workplace as indicated by your first-aid needs assessment?Yes, all Skyline Training courses can be tailored to a specific industry when requested.

Do all courses meet the specific syllabus set out by HSE and meet contact hours as set out by HSE?Yes, all of our courses are awarded by an external body and are fully regulated to ensure they meet all requirements set out by HSE.

Do the certificates issued to students assessed as competent contain the name of the training organisation, the title of the qualification?Yes, all certificates issued by Skyline Training are issued in compliance with all HSE guideline and contain all relevant information need in accordance with these guidelines.
How Does your pricing structure work?
Here at Skyline Training we offer a very simple pricing structure. we Simply charge a fee per day for training plus an individual candidate certification fee.

We simply charge £175.00 per day as a training fee plus:
For a 1 day course £30.00 per candidate
For a 2 day course £35.00 per candidate
For a 3 day course £40.00 Per candidate

Example
​
For a 3 day First aid at work course for 12 people we would charge :
3x £175.00 daily trying fees
12 x £40.00 3 day candidate certification fees
Total only : £1005 for 12 candidates on a three day course.
