Here at Skyline Training we offer the ability for you to take care of all your companies Mental Health and wellbeing needs via one easy contact. Working in partnership with our lead clinical practitioner Nicola we are able to offer a wide variety of services, from an initial needs assessment to training, corporate away days and signposting to therapy if needed. using our simple to use multi step process.

Basic package 

 

The initial step will be Nicola providing clinical in depth information on specific Mental Health issues that effect your employees. this will be done via Zoom or another online platform to suit your needs. During this meeting Nicola will speak with you about any existing  issues which you have already pinpointed and highlighted to get to this point. She will also be able to offer general advice on the positive work culture needed to promote a positive work environment  or anything else you require at this point.

We will then move onto training and we will provide a First Aid for Mental Health course,  which will be a full 3 day supervising First Aid for Mental Health course. This course will be done via Zoom or in house if preferred subject to terms and conditions.  The course is for up to 12 people and will be 2 days of training followed by 1 day of assessments to allow time for your lead trainer to individually assess each candidate. All of our First Aid for Mental Health courses are valid for a period of 3 years. However it is recommended that a yearly refresher is carried out, to ensure up to date and accurate knowledge on the subject.

After your training Nicola will then set up a short meeting around a week later to ensure you fully understand the next steps and assist your with any further questions or points that may have arisen from your training.

Plus Package 

​

For the duration of your certificated period Skyline Training will provide a yearly half day refresher run via Zoom.  These will be held one year and two years after your initial qualification date (approximately). 

​

We will provide a full report of Nicola's recommendations both legally and for best practice to meet your needs. 

Nicola will asses via a comprehensive questionnaire to yourself and employees the level of policy and procedure and general wellbeing within your corporation. Nicola will look at the policies you currently have in place and make any recommendations needed. An anonymous questionnaire will be sent to your staff members to get a general feel from the employees of how the company deals with Mental Health. Nicola will also look in depth on how the company deals with the Mental Health and wellbeing needs of your employees, again making recommendations on possible points of improvement. Within her report Nicola will give you recommendations based on current legal requirements and best practice. Nicola will also highlight any areas which she feels your business currently excels in regarding First Aid for Mental Health and well being.

Optional extras :

• For a company to fully adopt a positive approach to Mental Health it is vitally important that all of the employees understand the basics of what they need to do. As a result of this Skyline also offers a half day course via Zoom on the awareness of Mental Health First Aid in the workplace. This course is designed to allow all employees to have a basic understanding of what to do to create a positive Mental Health environment in the workplace.

• We also offer a variety of wellbeing days to suit your companies needs which range from mindfulness to corporate away days. 

• Employee formulation sessions, if you are finding it hard to click with an employee or could just use some advice regarding a specific situation then this could be perfect for you. Nicola will arrange a Zoom call to speak through the issues you may be having and assist you to formulate a plan to move forward with the relationship.

• We offer an anonymous questionnaire which will be an emailed link to your employees for them to fill out and send back. This will then come back to us anonymously and the data will be collated and sent back to you in a simple and easy to use format to assist with the continued positive Mental Health community that you are now building. These can vary in frequency depending upon your needs.
